Imbatsa (Tylosema fassoglense)

A traditional Luhya blood cleanser and immune strengthener.

Parts Used: Root and tuber

Actions: Alterative, blood purifier, immune booster, anti-inflammatory, cooling herb, lymphatic, detoxifier, traditional antiviral.

Usage

A teaspoons of the  Tuber 

Add to one cup hot water tea

Take ½ cup in the morning on an empty stomach. (Add a pinch of black pepper) 

Note: Best used in cycles of 7–14 days with breaks in between.
