Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we categorize our shipping into the following zones:
- Nairobi CBD & Environs: Deliveries within standard Nairobi zones are generally expedited. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Greater Nairobi Area: Next-day delivery for areas slightly outside the immediate CBD.
- Upcountry & Other Counties: We partner with trusted courier services (such as Fargo Courier, G4S, or verified matatu parcel services) to deliver nation-wide within 2-4 business days.
3. Local Pickup Options
If you prefer, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our main store located at:

Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email and ID with you when you come.

While we strive for operational excellence, occasional delays may occur due to high volume during promotional periods, national holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges (e.g., severe weather). We appreciate your patience and will communicate proactively if we anticipate a significant delay.
