Program Breakdown/Roadmap

1. Pre-Cleanse Phase and Parasite Cleanse ( Week 1): This initial phase prepares your body for detox by eliminating inflammatory foods and heavy metals. It’s a crucial step to ease your body into the detox process.

2. Targeted Detox (4 Weeks) This phase focuses on different organs each week

   – Week 2: Colon :– Cleansing your gut to improve digestion and nutrient absorption.

   – Week 3: Kidneys– Supporting kidney function to eliminate toxins and excess fluids.

   -Week 4: Liver/Gallbladder – Detoxifying the liver and gallbladder to enhance metabolism and fat digestion.

   – Week 5: Blood and  heavy metal– Purifying the blood to improve circulation and overall health.

3. Post Cleanse/Mucus (Week 6): This final phase helps eliminate any lingering toxins and parasites, ensuring a thorough cleanse.
