Actions: Antispasmodic, cardiac (tonic), cathartic (aperient), diaphoretic, diuretic, emmenagogue, hepatic, nervine and tonic.

√Motherwort is a great heart tonic.

√It helps to eliminate palpations and arrhythmias.

√Used for any heart condition, including atrial fibrillation, V-tach, PVCs, PACs, tachycardia, and CHFs.

√Helps to enhance the adrenal glands.

√Used in female conditions, including menstrual cramps and hot flashes. 

Usage

Motherwort tea is a classic way to benefit from this herb. Simply steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried motherwort in hot water for 10-15 minutes, then strain and drink.
